The 2nd New Moon occurs at the end of Cancer on July 20 at 10:33 am PDT and 1:33 pm EDT. The first one was at 0° Cancer on the Summer Solstice for an eclipse on June 20th a month prior. This New Moon in Cancer will be at the very end at 28° Cancer 27 ‘ (degrees).
