Tune in Saturday, December 12th at 6 p.m. for Talk Cosmos! Host, Sue Rose Minahan will be discussing “Great Conjunction” of Jupiter and Saturn at 0 degrees Aquarius occurring this winter solstice Dec 21.  Astrologically, these “social” planets align every 20 years, resetting social direction.  The year 2020 heralds the planets closest conjunction since 1226.  Their combined brightness gives it the name of the “Christmas Star”; only 0.1 degrees apart, EarthSky.org states: “that’s just 1/5 of a full moon diameter”.
