Paul Smith is a Maryland attorney, author, and former elected official. He has hosted a local radio program for three years. He started The Closing Argument earlier this year, and he is now taking it to a national level. In the 40-plus years since he opened his law practice in 1978, Paul has represented over 2,000 clients in a broad range of legal matters, including family law, bankruptcies, real estate, civil litigation, business matters, wills and estates, probate matters, and criminal and juvenile matters. Paul has written about constitutional, political, and religious issues for many years. Some of his books include the following: The Climate Change Hoax Argument (2021); The Capitalism Argument (2019); The Fetal Right to Life Argument (2020); and The State of the Constitution (2017).
