Removal of Personal Exemptions to MMR: Does Coercion Work?

A new study claims that the 2019 WA State law that removed the personal exemption to MMR (measles-mumps-rubella vaccine) for school and daycare was “effective”. The authors assert that MMR exemptions overall decreased 41%, and yet religious exemptions increased 367%. What is going on?
