
“J.Pete” Joshua M Peterson is a remarkable vocal artist, song writer, pianist, and record producer that is being recognized for his soulful distinctive voice. He is guesting on The Original Loretta Brown Show, Thursday, December 31st at 8 a.m. (repeats the following Monday at 6 a.m.).
“He has been compared to Michael McDonald of the Doobie Brothers by Top music producers and engineers. He has worked with numerous well-known musicians throughout the United Sates and others as inspiration,” said Loretta Brown, host of the weekly program.
From 1997-1999 J. Pete toured the East and West coast with gospel choirs. In the Summer of 2000, he performed 14 live concerts in Spain with One Voice. He played for Westgate Chapel and North Sound Community Church in Edmonds, WA as a young boy. He has followed director Alan Scoog from 1997 to present. He has been playing since he was 7 and was taught classical music theory and technique. He is known by his fans and many friends and family whom he loves, as a multi-genre artist. Joshua was born May 31, 1982. The greater Seattle area has been home all his life.
J.Pete is married to Jessi and has two sons. He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN-72 just after 9/11 where he fueled jets on the flight deck. Currently he works at Boeing. Now, the owner of his own entertainment company, OUTSIDE THE BOX, LLC., J.Pete’s passion is music. His debut album City Boy Lost in a Ballad World has been mastered and is being released soon.
