All About Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
Truly, the Aquarian’s real purpose in the universe is to be unique and different. This sign is truly eccentric at its root, and it will go out of the way to make sure that it sets itself apart from everyone else. Their mind is occupied with lofty ideals about a futuristic life, and society. These people tend to think off in the future, rather than being here now. Because of that quality, their point of view tends to be detached from the day to day reality we live in. You will find Aquarians in the high-tech field most often, because their minds tend to be a bit computer-istic. They do know what they know, and can’t be talked out of it.
Because Aquarians are inclusive, that means that they try and include everyone they know into their circle, no matter what walk of life they come from. Their views are not only idealistic, but based in equality for everyone. This includes everything they do, including work and their social circles. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus. Uranus is the electrical planet that seems to jar its occupants out of a sound sleep with lofty, wild ideas, and it’s perfectly suited to rule Aquarius. When we feel a need to break out of some previously established routine, when we suddenly feel like a rebel with a cause, when we have to get out of Dodge — this is Uranus’ domain. Aquarius will always be the rule-breaker, no matter what setting and what area of life. Associated body part: The ankles – where the weight of the
Associated body part: The ankles – where the weight of the person sits on. And it seems like the ankles are very sensitive to twisting and turning – which is so like an Aquarians life!
Issues of Challenges. When Aquarius feels as though life gets a little sluggish, and they feel as though they’re in a rut – this really tests Aquarius to keep moving forward and daring to break the rules. Aquarians can really feel penned in in situations like this, and they don’t care for that one bit.
The Issues of Joy: There is a kinetic force within Aquarius, something that seems rather electric and zappy. They like things rather exciting – because change is the byproduct of the hyperkinetic nature of their lives. When they pursue a cause that is near and dear to them, they are fully charged and ready go go.
