July 23, 2020 the USA Solar Arc Pluto left Virgo to be in Libra for the next 30 years.  That changes the guiding planet from Mercury to Venus.  When the Solar Arc Direction changes signs it adds s an overlay lens to the characteristics and focus of that planet or point. It is also of importance how it relates in aspects to the natal chart.

Together the panel introspects the potentialities of this major configuration to realize the changes facing the USA population, imperative to the USA collective and individual process of transformation as citizens of the USA.   Because, Pluto represents on all terms our deepest soul growth through emotional and resourceful relationships that serve to foster our power or when no longer functioning, our powerlessness.
