Go Red For Women 

Heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.  This means that women we know – mother’s sisters, friends – are dying at the rate of one per minute. It simply does not have to be that way.  The American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women movement is working to fund research and fight heart disease so that more women can live healthier and longer

National Wear Red Day – February 7

Show your support on national Wear Red Day by wearing red. You can even organize an event at your workplace or organization. Don’t forget to take a photo and share how you’re going red on social media with #GoRed. For free materials, visit PugetSoundGoesRed.org

Go Red with Cascade Eye and Skin Centers – February 7

“Go Red, Go Wild” is the theme for this educational and inspiring event in support of the American Heart Association.  Advanced ticket sales only.  9:30 am – 1 pm, McGavick Conference Center, 4500 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood.
