Today’s guest Ramona Oliver, author of the book Inclined Elders: How to rebrand aging for self and society.
Ramona has long been a passionate educator with former roles as a human resource manager and director, career coach, and director of outreach. As president of the Austin Human Resource Management Association, she championed the professional development of employees and led a team that developed an award-winning leadership program. She also launched a program to implement workforce readiness initiatives. At St. Edward’s University, she promoted the adult programs to older adults in Austin. Today she continues that role in another capacity and serves as an advocate of positive aging. Rather than accepting a mindset of decline, Ramona is passionate about living life with an attitude of incline.
