Mars Out Of Bounds

Scientifically speaking out-of-bound celestial bodies are determined when they are directly overhead on earth measured at what latitude beyond the celestial equator because the earth tilts on an axis of 23.5° heading northward in space. A “circle of latitude” refers to the imaginary ring linking points on a shared parallel. For instance, the latitude of the North Pole equals 90° north. And the South Pole equals 90° south.

During the summer solstice (around June 21), the sun is located immediately overhead the Tropic of Cancer of 23.5° latitude (or declination) making it the farthest point north on Earth where? the sun is located directly above at noon. So, when the Tropic of Cancer was first named about 2,000 years ago, the sun was pointed in the direction of the constellation of Cancer during the June solstice. It especially accommodated seafaring travelers using the stars and sun’s path to signify landmarks…..

Energetically the planet’s outside the realm of the sun’s companionship because our experience of the sun’s unable to go into that area. So, the celestial bodies out-of-bound operate free of reign or unchecked, however that might function depending on numerous factors.
