Saeeda Hafiz joins us for a new year ‘refresh’ conversation. Saeeda is the author of ” The Healing–One Woman’s Journey from Poverty to Inner Riches”. Saeeda’s story is filled with encouragement and ideas on transformation. She models the journey, the process. And it’s different for each of us, as it is individual. But we can learn and be supported with others’ experiences. From a corporate career Saeeda ultimately created her own business. She is a yoga teacher and wellness expert, and a holistic health educator with the San Francisco Unified School District.
