The Sounders Women are back for another exciting year of W-League soccer, with the regular season kicking off on Monday, May 27th against the LA Strikers at the Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila. First year head coach Hubert Busby, Jr. has assembled an impressive squad of former University of Washington Huskies & Seattle University Redhawks players along with many other collegiate stars from around the northwest and throughout the country.
Alternative Talk 1150 is pleased to announce that all road games this year will be broadcast live with veteran sportscaster Jon Billings providing the play-by-play. Want more? Then be sure to tune-in to Sounders Women Monthly on Sunday, May 26th – June 30th – and July 28th for all of the inside stuff and everything else that’s all Sounders Women. In addition to these one-hour shows, all match broadcast will be archived here on 1150KKNW.com.
