Tonga Flower

Saturdays, 5p.m. – 7p.m.

Radio Tonga & the Sound of Polynesia (Letio Tonga & Ngaahi Ongo ‘o Polinisia) is a radio program designed specifically for all listeners and
targeted mainly to Pacific Islanders who have lived here in the Pacific Northwest for decades. Our radio program became an important tool of communication throughout the different counties where our population has dramatically grown within the past few years.

Our objective with this radio program is to become a trustworthy network, sharing information vitally important for our people; Become a service hub of resources available for our younger generation; and a Communication tool serving and assisting folks with all programs established by the State of Wash., local cities and county government geared for to our diverse population; Educate our community about the importance of education, college preparation, educational goals, scholarships and tutoring services; Available services for Health and Wellness for our elderly, Immigration services, court and legal counseling, domestic disputes and all phases of abuse.

We’ve envisioned positive outcomes when we teamed up and contribute to society, so the next generation will hopefully benefit from the legacy of the great men and women that came before them to build and solidify the foundation of a better life for them. We truly believed that our radio program has brought “A small slice of our Paradise Life” into our great Pacific Northwest.
