davidrussel - Well you should first take care of the fact that whatever food you like to eat should be healthy and fat free. Eating less is not solution, eating in proportion is more important.

DavidSmith789 - Balance eating is necessary to maintain your health. The healthy food like green vegetables, dry fruits, meat always help for good health. Also, eating acaiberry in the morning or at night will help to keep away from disease and for good digestion. I am taking acai berries since last 5 years and I have no health issues until now. darcy
