He served two terms of office as President of the Royal Statistical Society, and is currently Chief Scientific Advisor to Winton Capital Management. As a statistician, he is an enthusiast for data, and how to extract information and understanding from it, and for how probability and chance affect our lives. He’s written 29 books, including The Improbability Principle: Why Coincidences, Miracles, and Rare Events Happen Every Day.

For his part Eldon Taylor is an award winning New York Times best-selling author of over 300 books and audio/video programs, and is the host of the popular syndicated radio show, Provocative Enlightenment. Assisting on all levels of the show is Ravinder Taylor, co-host who also holds a B.Sc. degree in microbiology from Aberystwyth University in Wales, a Bachelors degree in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, Arizona, has studied hypnosis and psychotherapy at the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in London, England, and is an ordained interdenominational minister.
